The balloons were beautiful we got a lot of compliments on them. you guys were extremely courteous and friendly and delivered and set everything up on time, especially considering Hurricane Sandy we had that year, you did not disappoint. I had a wonderful experience with STAR BALLOONS and I would use them over and over! I was nervous, living in Florida and organizing a party in New York for my parents Big “50th” Wedding Anniversary. When I first contacted STAR BALLOONS and explained what I wanted and was told they would set up, etc. and pay them when I get up there, I was a little nervous and not trusting. They did not even ask for a deposit. But being a New Yorker myself, and believing in Genevieve, I went with it. I am so glad I did. When they arrived at my cousin’s house with all these big balloons and they starting putting them around, it looked awesome. They are truly a very devoted, honest and kind company. We booked our daughters Sweet 16 at a local hotel and STAR BALLOONS was highly recommended by them in case we were interested in having balloons in the party room. Of course our daughter was very much interested in a balloon arch to walk under during her grand entrance So a phone call was made and even though we didn't meet until the actual day of the party, the balloon arch and all of the table centerpieces were exactly as we talked about over the phone. The colors were spot on and everything was more magnificent than we could have imagined. Genevieve and Carlos are true balloon artists and we highly recommend STAR BALLOONS for any and all events!
